Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order or digital payment.
- Requests may not be entertained if the digital gold allocation or physical shipping process has already been definitively initiated.
- Perishable Items: Cancellation is not applicable for items like flowers or custom eatables if ordered via our specialized gifting services.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or defective physical products, the issue must be reported directly to our showroom team within 2 days of receipt.
- If the product received does not strictly meet expectations based on website displays, formal notifications must be sent within 2 days.
- Requests are entertained exclusively after our certified gemologists verify and confirm the cited issue regarding purity or structural damage.
Warranty & Refund Processing
- For specific products under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer for direct and authorized service.
- Approved refunds are securely processed within 3–5 business days, returning exclusively to the original digital payment source.
