Rules governing the Thanga Roja Gold Savings Scheme

1. Scheme Structure

The Thanga Roja Gold Savings Scheme is an 11-month savings plan meticulously designed to help you purchase premium jewellery with ease.

  • Members must pay a fixed monthly installment for 11 consecutive months.
  • The scheme fully matures in the 12th month following your final payment.
  • Upon maturity, the member is eligible to purchase jewellery utilizing the total accumulated amount, plus the specific Bonus amount applicable to their selected plan tier.
2. Payment Rules & Due Dates

Consistency is key to earning the full scheme benefits and the corresponding bonus amount.

  • Due Date Window: Installments must be paid between the 1st and 5th of every calendar month.
  • Payments can be made via Cash at the showroom counter or securely through our authorized digital payment modes (UPI / NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfer).

3. Redemption Policy

In the 12th month, you may seamlessly redeem your savings under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Items: You may purchase 916 KDM BIS Hallmarked Gold Jewellery, Silver Anklets, or Premium Silver Vessels.
  • Gold Rate Application: The gold rate applicable will be the prevailing market board rate on the exact day of redemption/purchase in the 12th month, not the rate locked on the day of individual past payments.
  • No Cash Policy: No cash refunds will be issued at the time of maturity; the entirely accumulated corpus must be converted into physical jewellery or silver items exclusively.
4. Discontinuation & Refunds
Important Cancellation Rule

If a member is unable to continue the payments or formally requests their money back before the scheme reaches maturity:

  • ₹100/- will be deducted from the total amount paid by the member as an administrative service and processing charge.
  • Only the remaining balance will be refunded directly to the customer's verified bank account.
  • No bonus, promotional offers, or additional benefits are payable for discontinued or prematurely closed accounts.
5. Governing Jurisdiction

All transactions, agreements, digital records, and potential disputes arising under this savings scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
